One such technique is focused breathing, which you may have heard of in the context of meditation.This intentional breathing allows us to regain control over our thoughts and fears, transforming them into sources of strength.Another obstacle is the upper limit mindset, as previously mentioned, which can be overcome by remaining vigilant.In reality, problems only arise when we fall into the illusion that we have reached our limits.
